Gut health is trending and it seems to be here to stay. From fermented foods to functional beverages, people are looking for ways to rebalance their gut biome to improve their overall health.

Gen Z favors functional foods and beverages over supplements. Gen Z and Millennials experience a wider range of digestive issues. The benefits of pre and probiotics extend beyond the gut to affect a variety of health aspects, like cognitive and physical health.
